A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We agreed to book the shipment last minute. The shipper had no internet connection for a day and once we talked we decided to book for Saturday. I told them I had to rent a truck. The rental company could not provide a truck and all other companies where closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday. I called and told the shipper. We agreed that I would try to get a uhual. I drove my personal car 3 1/2 to the area where the storage unit was and the uhual i reserved was not useable. I spent 2 hours on

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have never charged the client. We have tried to contact the client with no avail. We have left messages then your voicemail box is full emailed we as well. There has been no deposit money charged from our company WE DO NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE IS DISPACTHED AND PICKED UP. Your claims are unsubstantiated, reckless and liable. We will have our legal department write a formal complaint and termination letter of your contract.

Dwight and his helper did a great job!!! They worked very hard and were a pleasure to deal with. They took very good care of my items, were on time, responsible, flexible when needed and were both extremely polite and professional. I highly recommended them.

Two deposits were taken by the shipper yet my vehicle was never delivered. None of my phone calls or voice mails to the shipper were returned. I am easily accessible by email, text or phone. The shipment was booked on the 1st and it wasn't until the 10th, after I contacted uShip and they placed his account on hold, did the shipper finally respond as to where my vehicle was.
