I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would still like to work, with this customer. We had a extreme family emergency, that we had to deal with over the past week. It had been very difficult, and has basically almost destroyed my family. I did reach out to the contact person In Chicago and told them we would pick up today or tomorrow. We do deeply apologize and pray that the customer gives us a chance to prove we reliable and dependable, we will even do shipment for free to prove this matter.
