thank you for the patience and for understanding why this shipment took so long to deliver. We came across with many situations that at first I had to ask for more money even though it was denied, we understood that we were responsible for extra expenses. Unfortunately this 3rd driver had a medical condition the same day he picked up, communicated with Russ and me that day having to reschedule one more time this shipment . We finally delivered yesterday hoping we can make it up on your next load
