The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This is a fire truck not a water truck and it is inoperable. This was not stated in the listing at the time of bidding. Client wants an RGN to move it and we bid for a step deck. We had a driver onsite and client did not want to pay for loading. We are already out too much time and money on this load and do not wish to lose more.

Is is a tanker truck, used to be a Fire Truck. Andy wrote: "Wit this driver with the RGN trailer I can move it for $xxxxx with cargo insurance already included, Please let me know asap, if yes, I will need to dispatch my driver in next 30 min for picking up tomorrow and delivery with in 2 the most 3 days, Thank you". A week after I accepted the bid a step deck showed up to load the truck which was too high to load it. Andy should have say I made a mistake, no, he cancelled.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved It is a water tanker (ex fire truck)and the seller specified that it could be started o pushed on a trailer with their forklift. DAK put a bid for a RGN trailer because "it would be easier to load from ground level" which now he denies saying that his bid was for a step deck. The driver showed up at the yard a week after I accepted the bid with the step deck trailer. The truck could not be started and the trailer was too high for the forklift or for the wrecker company that I called to load.
