About Me
Boat on 6-wheel trailer with the mast unstepped and stored beside the boat (mast and roller furler currently supported by cement blocks resting on the ground nearby — not on boat or trailer). Boom, sails already shipped. Had gutted boat and begun work on replacing leaky portlights (starboard forward is off) & repairing blisters on hull when I was mobilized by the Navy Reserve. Immediately after demobilization, transferred from Virginia to Maryland. In short, boat in current state is a mess. Interior looks like post-Katrina pictures (definitely a work-in-progress). I hadn't yet torn up the decks before I had to move, so they're relatively intact.

Steve was really helpful during the whole process and dealt with everything — even last-minute changes due to weather, etc. — with thoroughness, professionalism, and courtesy. He did a great job of communicating with us, showed up at exactly the predicted time, and got our boat into a small space with relative ease (even with my 10-year-old son trying to "help"). I would definitely use this shipper again.
