Shipper was fast and precise on timing. Also had a good rate. Felt bad he got one of the shyest pups of the litter but grateful for his quick delivery time. Would for sure use again.

These guys were awesome! I was contacted shortly after I accepted the bid and Jeff the driver kept in good contact with me as he approached the pickup point. The pup was well taken care of and was vet checked upon arrival to her new home and got a big thumbs up from the vet, so I know that Jeff took great care of her along her journey! I will for sure without a doubt use these guys again!

Eric was GREAT! The puppies arrived to their new home quickly and safely! He was great to work with and excellent with his communication!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The scheduling did not work out for this shipment. We had a puppy that needed to be held back due to health concerns and that did not match up with service providers schedule. She was very nice and seemed to have a genuine care for the pups as we were making arrangements.

I dont like conflict but understood her problem. It did end up costing me time and money as I had driven 300 miles to get the dogs before cancelling. I was just being nice as with the other cancellation,it had nothing to do with the set schedule but the health of the dog. I was very disappointed in the poor communication as it cost me $60 in gas and $23 in tolls of which she did send me the $60 which helped but cant really make up for the 5 hours of driving out of my way not even to cover tolls.

James did a great job and was very efficeint despite the weather and scheduling conflicts with the recipient of the pup! James took great care of the puppy and got him to his new home safe and sound and in a timely manner! He also had great communiciation! I would for sure use James again.

My puppy arrived safely and early! He was professional and was very personable to myself and my buyer. The puppy arrived in excellent condition! I would use him again! He was reasonably priced and very prompt!

Tony had great communication and we knew where he was and his timeframe at all times. He was great with the Clydesdale he transported for me and he was organized and professional but still very personable and friendly. I would use him again and plan on doing so with another shipment already!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I wish I could have had a chance to work with Redwing Hound Haulers. My customer backed out and so I no longer needed the puppy shipped. They had great communication and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future!

Kenny was awesome and kept in regular contact with us throughout the transport. He treated the dog very well and gave her great care and love for her journey. He was easy to work with and understanding when plans would change. I would use him again without a doubt! Thanks so much Kenny!
