I did not show up at agreed upon date and time PLEASE READ OUR TERMS FOR BID. CLEARLY STATES PICKUP END OF SEPTEMBER. CALLED CUSTOMER AFTER BID ACCEPTANCE AND REAFIRMED DATES. 9/23/08 CALLED CUSTOMER WITH PICKUP DATE OF 9/29/08 AND WAS TOLD SHE COULD NOT WAIT THAT LONG AND WAS CANCELING MOVE. 9/23/08 CUSTOMER RELISTED SHIPMENT AND BOOKED WITH ANOTHER MOVER. WE WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO MOVE HER AND REGRET THE LOSS OF TIME AND REVENUE HER CANCELATION CAUSED.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider was to pick up shipment the first week of september.After several attempts to contact them they indicated the trucker had already this area and I would have to wait till end of month. Several more attempts were made spoke with "Terri" she indicated she would get back to me witha date, after two weeks I rebid the shipment, and agreed to go with another carrier who was professional, and returned all of my calls in a timely fashion.

THIS IS UNTRUE. PLEASE VIEW BID. IT CLEARLY STATES WE WILL PICKUP SHIPMENT AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. CUSTOMER DEMANDED EARLIER PICKUP WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FOR OUR OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ALREADY BOOKED FOR THESE DATES. SHE REPOSTED HER LISTING ON 9/23/08 AND WENT WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. THIS WAS ALL WELL BEFORE HER SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE OF 9/29/08.

Rolando was very rpofessional in responding to the accepted bid.He always answered his cell phone, and he contacted me in a reasonable amount of time after bid accepted.He and his helper were professional in packing and handling shipment.Estimated arrival time for delivery was a little delayed than quoted, but understandable that things like that can happen.Overall they were great, priced reasonable, and I would recommend them to others.
