Terrible service - YRC lost my shipment - never called - I had to hunt the shipment down and advise YRC that they had not delivered my shipment - then they said they found my pallet and would deliver on Tuesday but the pallet never arrived until Thursday. I do not recommend this shipper.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The wrong pick up address was listed - I called YRC and they cancelled the shipment because they could not go in to the system and change the pickup address. I called uship 1-800 number at 8:10pm CST and was told that this my call was after hours and no one could pick up the call. The shipment was scheduled for pick up tomorrow so I am rebooking the shipment tonight. Scott Vincent 972-248-6647 xt 104
