The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Southeaster missed the pick-up 2 days in a row due to "capacity issues". Each missed pick-up meant a 30 minutes wait on the phone with their customer service, to then be informed that Southeastern does NOT roll-over and re-schedule missed pick-ups. Instead, they just ignore them, so each time requires a new from scratch pick-up request, and even that failed 2x.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider TForce freight picked up the wrong shipment and delivered it to a different location/address then I originally booked. TForce was provided with Customs Entry number and Delivery Order and HBL information, as well as correct shipment weight and cube. Nonetheless, they ignored all those instructions/documents and picked up a shipment half the weight and different cube.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Cargo terminal at port is unable to confirm release status and location of cargo. I need this pick-up cancelled until I am able to resolve the issues with the port terminal.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The BOL was issued with incorrect addresses. I tried calling uShip support right away, but was provided a recording stating nobody is avaiablle due to a Maintenance Windown. Then the phone hung up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provided TForce with all documentation on Friday, per their instructions. Contacted them Monday 2x to confirm cargo would be picked. Promised 2x on Monday it would that day. Did not happen.
Called 2x on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon escalated to Supervisor. I was told that they picked up other freight, but did not pick up my freight. No good reason.
Called them 2x again Wednesday, starting at 5:00 a.m. my time. Spoke supervisor and the terminal location, again promised today. Did no

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time YRC did not pick-up freight on Friday. I call them this morning (Monday) and spoke to customer service. They advised that they use an interline carrier. YRC put me on hold for 17 minutes, then got back on the line and informed me that they don't have the capacity to pick-up freight, so they unilaterally had cancelled the shipment....and did not even notify me!
