The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am disappointed with this transporter. There were no responses to my texts and phone calls until I informed them that I would cancel shipment--only then did I receive text responses. I previously worked out arrangement after a $3500 Restoration Hardware chandelier was broken during pick up from Long Beach, CA--however transporter seems to have forgotten about agreement and failed to pick up remainder of items in Northern California. If I could rate this shipment as MORE than POSITIVE, I would. This shipper operates like a true transit professional. Everything was "logistically prepped and staged" leaving nothing to error or mishap. He arrived on time--even put up with a cranky auction seller and waited around at the delivery end for store staff to arrive. I will absolutely call on this shipper once again. Price more reasonable, items properly secured and arrived intact. USHIP has a lot of novices--NOT this guy AAA++++

Delays and deliveryman was not truthful. This was a very disappointing experience.

Our experience made us believe that this was a total scam and we have the documentation to prove it. after we asked for payment she said she wanted half of her money back or she would write a negative review. After scott told her give me some time to talk to uship she immediately released payment and wrote the review. This woman is completely unethical and this is absolutely the kind of business we try to avoid.
