A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello .. I tried to Explain to the Customer that i do have the Extra Coverage and that i actually left my Insurance Card in my other vehicle but she still insisted that she was going to Cancel also she said i never did let her know the time frame of the Pickup but i actually Emailed her stating that it will be with in 2 Hours !!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved after accepting the offer I asked when he thought he could get it. I was waiting for a response when he called said he was 10 minutes away. I didn't even know he was coming and was at the hospital with my daughter unsure when I could make it back. I asked him about his insurance since he was a new driver and he didn't have any on him he said he forgot it. This made me uncomfortable so I told him I needed to cancel and left on pleasant terms.
