About Me
I am fairly new to USHIP but not new to working with animals or transporting them. I just transported my own 9 animals without a scratch on THEM...
I love animals and do activism work for all animals' benefit. You can rest assured that I will treat YOUR animals as if they were MY children. References. Photos to follow.
I use an air-conditioned/heated van to transport - and stay in pet-friendly hotels when travel requires an overnight stay.

"Shipper just likes to complain?" Provider - you should be ashamed for not taking responsibility here - and for dismissing my feedback! You posted a very dishonest reply to my FAIR and ACCURATE criticism of your service. I gave you credit for what you did *right* - you should be professional enough to accept the (relatively) mild criticism as well. Apparently not! I asked you several times for receipts and everytime you had an excuse!

Friendly people who delivered without damage and on time, and also took extra pieces without extra charge. Also free candles! Things that need improvement: Administrative: Confusion regarding a deposit that was paid, and no paperwork of any kind (receipts) for services was ever produced, despite requests for same. Additionally communication practices need improvement... Would recommend with the above reservations.

Items were loaded during a tropical storm so we could leave the east coast of Florida. This lady was called several times before arrival to set up the pick up of the items. We were one day early. She never ask a receipt - if she had ask we could have given her a receipt on the spot. There was no confusion on a deposit - I just ask if she had made the deposit because I did not remember. I thought this transport was a smooth one. I guess this shipper just likes to complain.
