A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Cargo was not ready for pick up. Miscommunication customer had gave time and loc for pick up when i arrived there was. None there ready for pick up still had to wait for paperwork and go later after that was completed to another location to pick up the cargo.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Unfortunately we were unable to pickup at airport, pay fees, wait for customs clearance ect. We would not have accepted offer if this info had been provided

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer stated that a cargo fee would need to be paid to pickup the cat. Customer wanted us to pay the fee and then be reimbursed. Customer doesn't know how much fee will be. Unfortunately at this time we feel uncomfortable completing this transport at this time. USDA regulations state that all payments are due at time of pickup.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward My nephew was there got the puppy and put it in the vehicle and then he decided to take the puppy back and take off with it and the Breeder was the one that changed the day of pick up and the dog that was in the vehicle was my service dog.

SHENA WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH ON THIS SHIPMENT; ONE THAT TURNED OUT RATHER DIFFICULT DUE TO CONTINUING WEATHER ISSUES IN MIDWEST. BUT ONCE THERE WAS AN OPENING, I WAS ABLE TO GET BOTH CATS DELIVERED PROMPTLY AT A VERYY LOW RATE. THANKS FOR THE BUSINESS, HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU AGAIN.
