A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Two customers that I had put bids on both accepted at the same time and unfortunately I can only accommodate one of them.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time "King TransportCA" agreed to pickup my equipment and changed the pickup day once and then cancelled outright with an excuse that was a lie.
He had obviously not been able to consolidate a load and decided it was not in his interest to complete his obligation to fulfill my shipment. I required the shipment to be picked up within a timeframe but was very flexible on delivery. By being a "NOSHOW" once and cancelling altogether he has cost me and the shipper time and money.
DO NOT USE THIS GUY !

What the shipper does not mention and his rant on what a terrible person I am and that I cannot run a business fails to mention it was him who changed the original date. He originally wanted it shipped on a Tuesday and then changed it to 5 days earlier, thereby causing a schedule conflict. I tried everything to resolve the situation and work with him but just couldn't make it work. He then began sending me very unprofessional emails cursing at me and threatening me,that's all I have to say!
