The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer listed 30 items than sent us a manifest for 48, customer also agreed to our pickup for tomorrow 4-21, accepted our bid and then told us 15 minutes after bid acceptance it could only be picked up 3 days from now between 9-1, we were very clear with the customer about the pickup date before hand as the listing and our bid details show.

5 Stars for In Transition!!! They paid attention to every detail. I only wish I didn't have to run off on an emergency so I could have helped them off load. There is no doubt that I would use them again. If you get a bis from them use them. You will not be disappointed!

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped A deadline was posted, Service provider knew pick up was time of essence and delivery was at his leisure. He failed to meet the pickup deadline of 11/17/2010. Items were listed as abandoned on 11/23 and relisted for auction 12/1/2010.

Yes, the goods were abandoned and re-listed by the auction company. That part is correct. What Phil fails to mention is that he failed to pay for the goods as well as failed to pay us for shipping! Exactly how were we to pick up goods that had not been paid for and/or released for shipment?

Customer informed us 15 minutes after accepting our bid ther were 18 additional items not listed and this shipment could only be picked up in a 3 hour window 4 days from now. Our bid was very clear that pick up would take place on 4-21. Please make sure you have the correct info before accepting bids.
