Motorcycle Movers went the extra mile - literally - for us on the shipment and without Jon, I am not sure if the entire transaction would have happened. He stayed in constant contact and did not require half down before picking it up. I will use him again if he is available and would recommend his services to others. He helped to turn a bad shipping experience and confusing transaction into a smooth delivery. This man knows motorcycles and you would be lucky to have him move your bike, THANKS!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Do to new and current transmission problems, we are having to cancel all shipments that were heading to the west coast at this time. Sorry for any inconvinence that this may have caused.

WOW, I wonder how you got that large buggy to las Vegas with transmission problems but forgot to pick-up our bike you bid on. Maybe you should not bid on a shipment if you are not sure you have room and leave the people hanging for a week, then blame it on mechanical problems. I wish you would have let us know, without us having to wait and wonder, then wait the full 72 hour cancellation time without a response before we could accept another bid. Then to see you did take a shipment to Las Vegas.

Get job! Pam & Jackie in the dispatch department are great! Had some personality issues between seller and pick-up driver but it all worked out. Great communication. Drop off driver was fantastic with calling days prior to arrival until he met us. Very professional and careful with the bikes. Will use again.

WOW!!!I cannot say enough good about this great guy. We had one shipper not call after accepting his bid. One shipper went and picked up the bike and then Title problems happened so we had to cancel. Jon was willing to wait until we got the title problem solved and even went to bat for us to get things moving along. This was one unusual shipment with many parties involved and Jon was a huge part of it going successful. He kept in contact at all times and was a pleasure to work with. A++++THANKS!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller cancelled the transaction when the shipper came to pick up the bike. Burley was very patient and easy to work with. The cancellation was due to the seller of the bike.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We received several emails from shipper before bid was placed. Once we accepted his bid on Saturday, we did not heard back from him until late Tuesday by email. He did not know if he would have room now to ship our bike but would let me know back THAT NIGHT. Still have not heard back after sending several emails and left voice mails on his cell phone. He did not pick up our bike on dates he offered and NO communication. We have lost a week on a critical schedule and have to start the Uship proce

Matt was awesome! Very professional - P/U when said - delivered when estimated. We liked that he secured it down by strapping over the tires, rather than chains to the suspension. Careful with car and unloading. Would use again!
