The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed to collect on Wednesday, informed me on Wednesday collection could not go ahead. Told me that Friday morning would be possible, phoned later and said Friday was no longer possible.
Disappointing, but the shipper did at least contact me about the problems.
