The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I communicated with the company to confirm that there was going to be a truck on the day that was agreed on. Got confirmation with them a week in advance The day of, I had to call them to find out that they wouldn't have the truck. I was waiting only to find out they didn't have a truck. Not I've got cancellation fees for flights, crane crew and loading crew. Going with them just cost me more money..

LET ME MAKE THIS VERY VERY CLEAR!!!! THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WAS A MAJOR HURRICANE AND ALL TRUCKS WERE STOOPED AND WEREN'T ABLE TO MOVE.ALL STATE AND\ LOCAL OFFICIALS MADE IT VERY CLEAR ONLY DRIVERS ON THE ROAD WERE PEOPLE LEAVING FOR AN EVACUATION!! BUT IN HIS WORLD HE DIDN'T CARE JUST WANTED HIS SHIPMENT PICKED UP. DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE HUMAN LIFE AS IT WASN'T IMPORTANT TO HIM!!! JUST HIS SHIPMENT. NEXT TIME I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH A HEARTLESS INDIVIDUAL!!!!
