Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I am a bit taken back by this cancellation as we are fully willing and able to accomodate his needs. The problem I guess arose from the very beginning when the customer had booked the load and did not pay the 50% deposit that I clearly state is required to get on the schedule also he had not even officially bought the boat yet when booked he contacted me and told be it would be 2-3 weeks before we could get to pick it up then called last week and wanted it right away how again is this my fault.

Ed did everything he said he would and even delivered our boat a few days early. I never actually talked to him until the day before he arrived with our boat. He was very understanding with all of the questions we had since we had never used U-Ship before. Thanks again Ed!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Prior to accepting bid I was a bit nervous about using Nautione boat/specialty transports. They had very few member feedbacks under their belt and the DOT and MC numbers they listed where brand new. But I thought I would give them a shot anyway. The DOT and MC numbers gave me some confidence plus they claimed to have new equipment and full protection insurance. Prior to accepting their bid I asked several questions, most of which they couldn’t answer until after I booked (i.e. insurance info, re Response from CoastalTransport2u: Customer booked the load without actually owning the boat and did not call to have it shipped for 3 weeks then wanted it shipped immediately and we were unable to accomodate immediately. Customer also did not pay 50% deposit as required by terms and conditions he was very unprepared for this transport you can see by our feedback we have never had an issue with a customer that is organized and ready to go this customer was none of those just demanding and unprepared.
