Took longer than originally estimated but I think that was because the independent truckers canceled (twice). Rec'd vehicle 9 days after letting them know it was ready for pickup. Also, send emails, I got the quickest response that way.

Thank you for the feedback, Matthew. In auto transport, when technical issues occur and the shipment needs to be re-assigned, this can further push out the shipment times.
