Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Suddenly we don’t feel so bad not making it to you.
1. We lost over 7 days fighting tooth and nail to get our transmission replaced , ya know the part that makes a vehicle go forward?
2. We were never rude to your or nasty via text or calls. Your actually the one who called us and apologize for YOUR friends behavior .
3. Yes it is true our current trip has gone horribly with 3 major unexpected delayed issues
4. My mental health is just fine , but thank you for worrying about me.

Excellent experience! Michael was responsive, communicative and REALIBLE! I have tried other carriers before and was reluctant to try again, but Michael was a game changer! I will definetely reccomend him and Pro Battle Co. to my friends and family and will hire him again when I need to ship something across the country! I highly reccomend this shipper!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After initial communication with the provider wich resulted in booking a tentative pick up, the provider stopped ansering calls and m messages. They missed the arranged call to confirm, they missed the pick up and now their phone is disconnected. NO RESPONSE even when the phone was not disconnected last week. This provider is not reliable.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time THe carrier has been difficult to reach, unresponsive and no showed us several times, I'm cancelling but wanted to let you know GINO MATTEI should be removed or blocked from your website. The amount of time spent and frustration was unacceptable and quite frankly I wonder about his mental health. He came up with excuse after excuse everytime he no showed us. Most of the time I tried to call the call would be connected to someone else's phone. No responses. We wasted two weeks chasing him..... I
