The customer was completely unprepared and uninformed. The dimensions were more than 4 times than what was listed. The weight was at least 3 times what listed and there were at least 20% more units than what was listed. When informed of the oversight and presented with his options to move forward, he took three and a half hours to make his decision on how to move forward. Despite the massive oversight, he only offered an insulting 50% increase on the shipment and refused to pay a cancelation fee

IN BEGINING i thougth he was a nice company but he convince me to pick another shipment for me for a cheaper price then we agree since he picked up my generator at AMES IA till today he never delivred call him many time always telling me he will 3 months ago i sent him multiples sms and call no return my shipment was stolen
