After reading all the reviews, (including the very few negative ones, which i feel were from people with unreasonable expetations for the price), Ted came in with one of the lowest bids-and he was the only one that didn't ask for any assistance (elderly father at pick-up, blind wife at drop-off). Communication was just fine (I told Judy that I didn't need state by state updates, just call when its close). I get the fact that there are other shipments to move, traffic, mechanical issues, weather!

Mr Walters went out of his way to make sure the used motor i was attempting to purchase made it on his truck for delivery. He made the trip, even though the business stopped taking orders almost 2 hours prior to his estimated arrival, even though there were no guarantees they were going to sell it too me over the phone, even though i wasn't in town for delivery, he still made it happen. Thanks again Eugene!
