The only thing I have nice to say is my dog got here in good shape. Everything else was incredible. Lack of communication of horrible excuse of no cell service it was daily. I sugggested using a payphone.
Then when I offered to cancel my transaction they offered to bring her to me instead of treating her as jet skis. I agreed to continue on with them for my job with the undersatnding they would deliver her to me at my home. When they picked her up they changed the deal and I had to drive 4 hour

This a total surprise to us. Ruth agreed to the terms and tried to cancel after we we were in route for no reason. Then changed her mind again. We were 20 miles away and she phoned us stating that again she changed her mind and was going to fly her instead. The seller of the dog even was fed up with Ruth and refused to talk to her anymore. Ruth thanked us and was very happy at delivery. I don't understand her feedback. WILL NOT SHIP FOR AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Thanks, Eric
