Shipment went okay. A few issues with the trailer being damaged at the factory and due to being told at the factory that the boat could be hauled with the tower down there was minor damage to the tower by no fault of my own as I did as the factory instructed. Chad was great to work with as was the staff at Prestige.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor communication with shipper. Not getting back to me and not guaranteeing ship time line. Phone number does not work. At this point still no confirmed pick up date and shipment is scheduled to originally arrive today.
