The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Freight was scheduled to be picked up with a liftgate yesterday. Local dispatcher has no idea when/if they could actually pick the freight up. We have another outboard shipment with same carrier that was supposed to be picked up a week ago, but still has not been picked up. I don't understand why a company would take a booking if they have no intention of picking it up. We need to get this rebooked with a more reliable freight partner.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was scheduled to be picked up with a liftgate a week ago. Despite calling every day and being reassured that it would be picked up that day or the next, it has not been picked up. The local dispatcher has no idea when it could actually be picked up. I don't understand why they take the booking if they are unable to pick up the freight
