About Me

I own a company called East Marine boats Inc. The website is www.eastmarineboats.com. We deliver Yacht Tender Buyer throughout the country and almost every time our 250 pick up truck comes back empty with a 20 foot enclosed trailer back to Florida. We try to find household goods or anything that can fit in an 8 x 5 x 20’ trailer to bring back to our home state of Florida from anywhere in the country.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated in the description that the boat was on a trailer. When further details were disclosed after I booked the job, the customer informed me that the boat is not on a trailer and I can not accommodate the request without one.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I mistakenly wrote that the boat was sitting on the hydraulic trailer in my questioning. What I meant to say was the height will be 12 feet when sitting on a hydraulic trailer. The service provider assumed it was already sitting on a trailer. He does not have a trailer for the job. Simple miscommunication
