I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Our driver's truck broke down and we were unable to fit it into another driver's schedule in a timely fashion.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I had contacted this customer many times agreed to pay his storage fees shipment could not be picked up on time because of ice storm and severely bad road conditions at pickup location customer agreed to these terms and said he understood now it is Xmas holidays in which the auction house is closed I notified customer that it would be delivered the day after Xmas as just like all others I have a family too Im sorry customer has bad taste in his mouth but I explaind what was happening

This is completely a lie!! Last conversation I had with Matt was 12/20/13 in which I called him he said he was going to pick up vehicle that day. I called him 7 days after we contracted and he said he has ran into bad weather, Look at his profile he transported 2 vehicles after we had contracted and both vehicles traveled within 60 miles of my vehicle. It is apparent he found loads that he felt he could make more money on and took those, leaving me waiting with NO COMMUICATION what was going on.

Jerry done a great job! Jerry's truck broke down the day after I accepted his bid on UShip but he borrowed a truck so that he could get the job done. It's hard to find someone that will do whatever it takes to stand behind their word the way Jerry done.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Listed shipment 1/4/14 booked Fundis Trucking on 1/8 w/agreement my truck would be picked up NO LATER THAN 1/15. After accepting I was notified that they would not be able to pick up truck until 1/21. Notified 1/20 that their driver's truck was having problems but ASSURED that my truck would be p/u by 1/28. Bill Fundis called me on 1/27 & said they are not able to p/u my truck & they are cancelling. I'm sorry about their mechanical problems but this has cost me a lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I listed shipment for a 1999 Ford F350 to be picked up in Lincoln, IL. and brought to Fort Payne, AL. on 12/9/2013, Cummins85 posted bid 12/10/13, I accepted 12/11/13. I have been the one to make all the contacts up to this point it is now 12/24/13 my shipment still has not been picked up. I now have $175.00 storage bill and Rowden Transport will not answer or return phone calls or emails??? BEWARE OF THIS TRANSPORTER!!!
