My experience with Lacy was very positive from start to finish. I am a small furniture maker who only occasionally needs to ship items and when I do it needs to be with very little hassle and great service. Lacy is the perfect fit. She was very flexible when I had to postpone my shipping date, and when I called to say I was ready, she arranged a pick-up within a couple of days. The shipper she sent was great and the crate was delivered in less than a week. Thanks for the great service.
