We are a responsible carrier, the time frame that was given was unreasonable. The contract says that an LTL has 10 days to pick up, and this was signed. It is not our fault that your customer is already upset, obviously you have tried several other times to have this moved that is why your customer is upset. Sorry that this did not work out for you.

This was not an ltl load and 10 days is not a reasonable time frame to schedule for a full load pick up. Prior to accepting your offer I ask how many days you needed to schedule a pick up and the response was a couple. We did not try to move this freight previously via another carrier. I put on uship and you were the carrier we selected. My customer was upset because I told him when the freight would ship based on your telling me when the truck would be pick up and that didn't happen.

We had a positive experience with Seckin. They were very accomodating when we requested a delay in pick up of material and it was delivered to our customer within 4 hours of what they quoted. The shipment arrived in good condition.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier agreed to pick up the freight on 3/11. No one showed up. Easytruckin4u say they can't locate the driver. After numerous communications on 3/11 & 3/12 they still can't provide us with a pick up time. Our customer is very upset. We need to find a responsible carrier who does what they say they will do. Please refund our deposit.

Considering that this is a partial, it does take some time to get this loaded. Shipper was unreal in their time frame as the contract did not even come in until the 11th, therefore no time to get a truck scheduled for this pick up. The payment did not even come in until we cancelled the load! Responsible carrier, yes we are, the money was refunded to them directly. Christine
