Kayla was awesome! Even though she's an equine transporter, she was more than willing to move our RV from AL to TX. This was our first time shipping. She was very friendly, and kept great contact the whole trip. She had to wait at the pickup spot, and we had a rough time getting it into a secure spot, but she was more than helpful and optimistic!
