A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I contacted customer on February 4th pick up at that time the customernotify me that the chairs would not be ready until February 10th. At which time I instructed the customer to cancel the shipment because I scheduled for the third and fourth as a pickup and that I would not be in Ohio on the 10th to pick it up. When I cancel it looks bad on me they were not ready with the order therefore I'm requesting the cancellation because I'm nowhere near the pickup location and not going to be in that ar

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This service provider has very poor communication and did not shore up the pick up date and time with me for my chairs. He was scheduled to pick up between 2/22 -2/24 and ship my chairs to California. After not hearing from all day on Monday, 2/22 I called him and asked when he planned to pick up my chairs. He said he had emailed me but I did not receive any email or searched through my spam and junk mail and there was no email. He said he would come to pick up on Tuesday and would call Tuesday
