I do not recommend this customer she was very rude. Does not give you a chance to do anything. Does not respond for hours and then cancels without warning and wants to blame you for lack of communication. Was willing to help out even though the rate is very cheap and the weather is very bad. Bridges burn even in the snow. Then wants to work with me after they put this cancellation in and left negative feedback.. I don't do business like this so we are approving this cancellation

First they said, that they work monday to friday, they said, they do not work on a holiday, and now they said they are brokers, they do not have a driver
