A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I showed up at the location to meet the customer to pick up the safe and customer never showed up. I called and text the customer and no answer from him.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This service provider no showed with zero contact. I had to pay additional funds to the pick up location due to the delays and have to get the item myself.

I was nervous sending a check for 10 large to a guy I had never met for a boat I had never touched then contracted an unknown guy to tow it to me.
Donny did a great job. Took great care of my boat. Transported it in a reasonable time and was always responsive to my phone calls. Couldnt have asked for better service.
