Our shipment was not delivered as we had contracted with no explanation. The shipping company refused to respond to any of our e-mails and phone messages. The shipper complained about the nature of our shipment even though we had clearly identified, listed all items on the request and shipper accepted our bid. Items were taken apart and scattered throughout the load. 2 brand new bikes were taken apart and not put together, after we expressly requested they be left assembled. Not happy.
Response from CLCLogistics:
All e-mail and phone call were answered within 12 to 24hrs of being placed, customer had more boxes than was visible in photos, the new bikes were carefully dismantled with each part clearly marked and packaged for safe long distance winter moving, as a result of our staff being meticulous, all items including the bikes arrived safely.
