The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mt item was supposed to be picked up over two weeks ago. The transporter "Central Transport" has no documentation or information about this transport.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My shipment was not road-ready therefore shipment needed to be canceled. JB Freight was nothing but professional.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The reason for this cancellation solely falls on responsibility of the transporter. I was provided inaccurate information. I was very clear and precise providing detailed information about the pickups and deliveries regarding disorder. We had quite an extensive question and answer session so there would be no misunderstandings. It was brought to my attention first thing Tuesday morning after a Federal Monday holiday that the transporter haphazardly canceled our agreement without explanation.
