Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The item does not exist! I've been to the Copart location which was claimed to have the motorcycle, and they informed me it was not at that location but in inventory somewhere else. I informed the customer that they do not have the motorcycle to release it to me. I can not pick up a motorcycle that does nor exist. I am no longer comfortable dealing with this individual. This is a campaign to harass and unacceptable.

This dude is a scum bag - ghosting us after 3 weeks waiting for a pickup. Literally have someone picking up the day after we canceled him...and weird the bikes there for someone else to pick up?... he never reached out saying it wasn't at the location - straight up lies...

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE OR BOOK. After patiently and politely waiting 2 weeks (because I understand stuff comes up) from when he said he was in the area - then pushing back another week because he was behind - then promising he would just pick up for free because "he feels bad" ... he has COMPLETELY left my high and dry with over $500 in storage bills and will not respond to calls/texts/emails from myself or UShip. UNRELIABLE and 0 RESPECT for your shipment - DO NOT USE !!!
