NO "scheduling conflict": Pick-up scheduled on 10/27 for 11/21 (in FL). Shipper was unresponsive, then finally called @3pm on 11/21 saying he was in CA. He asked to send someone on 11/22 @8pm. Unresponsive AGAIN on 11/22 when trying to confirm. Spoke to driver taking over the shipment, but his trailer was too small & he could not make the 2nd attempt. Disappointing, unprofessional and dishonest. Left us scrambling with cancelled flights, missing Thanksgiving with our family & shipment rebooking
