I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period A few days after the service provider accepted the bid, I waited for contact but did not hear anything. I sent an e-mail introducing myself and explaining that the dealership would need an exact day for pick-up to get unit ready. After waiting a few more days with no reply, I e-mailed and left a voice message. Again with no reply I contacted support to explain that for the many times/years that I have used UShip, this was a first. In the past, the providers have all contacted me promptly. Fransi

Marc did an excellent job from the time he had made contact with me. Delivered earlier than expected and he was extremely meticulous while unloading assuring no damage. Would absolutley use his service again!

Two words for Jurgen's service..class act! From the moment I booked he had made contact and kept me updated prior to picking a boat up. After arriving at the dealership, Jurgen took photos and made sure to inform me of any issues since I was buying thru an online deal. He had even sent photos of a scratch and damage to the trailer prior to leaving the dealership. He called me 45 minutes prior and the boat arrived pristine. I would hire him over anyone else I have used in the past.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Initially provider was en route to pick-up boat and seller would not release it with a cashiers check he had two weeks prior. My wife and I came to the conclusion that the seller got a better offer locally based on the conversation we had. Nick and I agreed to keep the shipment on the books as I began to search for another boat. In the meantime, he had exchanged 26 e-mails with me back and forth as I searched and ensuring me he would be able to pick-up a boat when I found one. Nick encouraged me

RF Moving & Freight did an outstanding job moving my enclosed snowmobile trailer loaded with two sleds. First off, their bid was over 200% lower than my highest bids. Regina had contacted me ASAP and began to schedule the movement. I was informed several times on the status of the pick-up, enroute, and delivery. I no longer need my item(s) shipped Due to an injury while being recently deployed to Afghanistan, I will be going in for surgery on my spine. Unfortunately, this will cancel my upcoming military move and we do not need the shipment of the Chevy Traverse. Thanks so much and I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Extremely easy to deal with and was very happy with the service. Rex kept me updated about the pick-up and we spoke during the transport at which time he gave me status reports. Boat showed up in same condition as it left. I found the integrity and service of this company to be top notch. Absolutely would use them again and will advise work associates.
