The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The bike was supposed to be picked up between 7th and 10th of Oct but I just received a message from the provider that they can only complete the job next weekend due to one of the members being hospitalised. I appreciate the situation but given that we're moving in the next day or so, I can't leave the motorbike behind. Please cancel the job and refund booking amount. Response from dianne7524: Unfortunately the customer was unable to make alternative arrangements for us to pick up the bike next weekend.
