The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer cancelled day before pickup, leaving us with no time to fill trailer. Really appreciate it.

I told him to call my daughter in advance for delivery since she worked. He did not. The truck arrived and she had to come home from work. They removed a mirror from the dresser and did not assemble it at delivery. Also, he did not leave the screws for the mirror.

Did not receive daughters phone number to call. I asked if it was placed on the shipment page of uship customer said yes so i went to look for it on my trip out west and it was not there. So i believe i am not at fault for not calling. The trip out west was very nerve wracking due to weather and driving conditions which caused me to forget the screws for the mirror. And i had other customers of mine calling me to see when i was picking up their items which the place was closed when i finished
