Very easy to work with. Lets you handle the road and the horse and he does his part on the receiving end. I didn't have to wait for him at all and he returns you calls promptly. COD is OK. He pays cash on delivery. Great customer.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Health and Coggins certificate were not in order on the day of pick up. So was unable to pick up on agreed date. Customer has since notified me that horse is no longer in needing of shipping.

very happy with this shipper. i have had horses shipped all over the country for over 20 yrs and rarely do they show up looking this good. i like using private shippers like this who dont stop 20 times @ different farms on the way to drop off my horses. the personalised care always makes a big difference. he even gave my horse a box stall for no extra charge !! A+
