A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I booked based on the provider stating "pickup within one week of booking". It has been a week and they have no trucks available to ship nor have any prospects. Thus there is no timeframe that can be met. I needed the bike shipped ASAP (one week) due to the owner is moving. This shipper can not give me a firm pick up and I must get the bike moved myself.

Ted did a great job !
He communicated well with me (buyer) and seller to arrange pick-up. Jeff picked up and delivered WELL AHEAD of estimated delivery time.
The motorcycle was secured well, photoed extensively upon loading. When delivered we went over the bike and matched to the documented load remarks and all was perfect !
I would recommend them to transport any time !
