absolutely pleasant. from start to finish, he was great. communicated very well, was able to track shipment. he did exactly as he said he would do. he picked up my car, got it here as scheduled, has enclosed trailer which is a plus. very friendly to talk to. bid was much lower than others. just absolutely great. would hire him again anytime. great guy. hope to see his name pop-up on my next shipment because he kept his word. very rare these days.
