The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After speaking directly with the contact person at the pickup location, I was informed that the item had to be picked up much sooner than I had specified within my bid. In addition, the dimensions and weight of the oven unit is larger & heavier than what was posted. 69" tall at 300 lbs, but in reality it is over 96" tall and 500 plus lbs. Lastly, the pickup location was to be changed to a different location altogether, which was at least 2 hrs driving time difference. Unfortunately, due to these
