I was doing a 1 bedroom move and they were using an open trailer Its 110 degrees outside so i canceled and booked with another mover They had a truck posted on there profile Dont understand why he is leaving a negative review Who moves furniture in an open trailer

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Same day cancellation on customer as we are in route he send a text asking do we have plenty of shrink warp to protect a $25k couch on a $400 move when everything was suppose to be packed wrapped ready to go. This is not a hourly move if couch need protected we use couch covers then wrap then put blanket on there customers did not have one we asked can he get one cause we are in route he declined then said just cancel it. We sent him pictures of us wrapping couches. He wanted us to wrap for Free

I have done over 2 dozen moves He tells me i have to use a sofa cover i have a sectional couch Every move the movers blanket wrap my furniture and plastic when needed Also he told me there is a limit on blankets for a 1 bedroom move so i canceled

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider He told me i have to provide couch covers and he doesnt wrap furniture with blankets and shrink wrap I move every year I have never had this issue with a mover Then he brings up he is only making 400 dollars I dont feel comfortable
