I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Cantact w customer was made after the scheduled time for pickup. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Johnny agreed to meet up with Henry at different address to collect the bike then changed his mind last minute saying he was too late on time to collect and drove away saying he would collect Tuesday the 7th.He did not make contact with Henry on Monday the 6th to arrange collection time so Henry contacted him to see what time he was coming to collect on Tuesday.Johnny has now decided he won't be able to collect the bike for at least a month so I wish to cancel.I have all text messages to Henry a
