The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I’ve been trying to communicate I call over the weekend too many times I send text he put a wrong number. I can attach the phone number but it’s against the YouTube and finally I call the number he listed. He was in Mesa Arizona. He called him and he called me to finally get in touch together. No, I hope he put his number on the listing, it’s true. I cannot accommodate it anymore. He put forklift at unloading.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The pickup person said they miss-read the pickup instructions and he has no way to load the shipment. He offered to unload the pallets by hand and repackage but this is not what I am looking for.
