I had a very good experience with shipping. This man went out of his way to ensure my equiptment arrived safe. He first went to pickup my skid containing computerized equiptment, the packaging didn't meet his requirements. He called me and asked if I'd mind if he unpacked the skid, and loaded the delicate items inside of his new Dodge Durango and then deliver them. He took great pride in helping me set up my machine, and making sure it arrived in working condition. Much more than expected.Thanks
