For the most part, this was a easy transaction. I am used to dealing with independent drivers so utilizing a broker was different to me. Vehicle was picked up relatively close to desired time and drop off was close also. Driver from top one was great to deal with and very communcative, and took good care. I can say that my contact at ebid transport inc was available if needed and they worked hard to get the bid. A little upselling took place, but I didn't do anything I wasn't willing to do.

Thx for the positive feedback..We try to make sure ALL of our drivers are top rated on all review boards with DOT and outside 3 party sites. That is our job as a brokerage firm. We make sure your overall experience and transaction goes as well as possible in a timely fashion.
